Best coffee in Monroe hands down. Would venture to say best coffee shop in Union County. If you like really sweet barely there coffee, stay with Dunkin. If you like coffee with personality and great service, give Kbs a try!
KB’s has excellent coffee and espresso-based drinks as well as assorted pastries and muffins. I’d you’re willing to try something new, ask for Puppy Love with vanilla cold foam. It’s amazing! The atmosphere is friendly and the space is cozy, with several separate spaces to relax and chat, and a couple of tables if you need to get some work done. The owner is friendly and an excellent barista with a large variety of available flavor combinations, including an impressive number of sugar free options. If you like iced coffee, be sure to ask for coffee cubes instead of regular ice. I love them. My wife and I stop in here at least once a week. We love it.

I finally had the opportunity to stop by this awesome coffee shop in Monroe NC, I ordered a frappe "Monty's Holy Grail" and it was superb! The atmosphere was everything you want in a coffee shop plus more, the customer service was outstanding, very friendly and the owner told me their specials and gave me great suggestions! I will for sure be back!
